HLC_5000
HLC-5000 is a powerful, liquid caustic cleaner with a special blend of polymers, dispersants, and sequesterants. It effectively removes protein soils, fats and oils, and carbonized soils. HLC-5000 has many applications in many types of food processing plants including bakeries, and dairy, poultry, meat, beverage, seafood, and vegetable food processors.


Authorized by the USDA for use in Federally inspected meat and poultry processing plants in Category A2. Certified Kosher. Also meets the recommendation of the National Soft Drink Association established for liquid bottle wash.

Available in 5 litre cans
Where to use Versatile use in oil processors, deep fat fryers, heat exchangers, pre-mix and post-mix soft drink canisters, and juice processing equipment.
Where not to use Do not use on aluminum, galvanized surfaces, or other soft metals.
How to use
  • CIP Applications: Dilute HLC-5000 1:50 to1: 200 with potable water.
  • Bottle Washing: Dilute HLC-5000 1:25 with potable water.
  • Deep Fat Fryer: Dilute 1 Litre of HLC-5000 per 100 Liter of water maintaining 85°C solution temperature.
  • All surfaces must be rinsed with potable water.
Safety instructions
It should not be consumed or allowed to come in contact with eyes. Use goggles and hand gloves while handling the concentrate and during the dilution process. Use local exhaust ventilation as needed if spill occur.
