Quaternary ammonium chloride based broad spectrum micro biocide. It provides a residual bacteriostatic film on food contact surfaces when used as a sanitizer. Recommended for use in canneries, bakeries, beverage, dairy, food, meat, and poultry processing plants.

Authorized by the USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry processing plants in Category D2. Certified Kosher.

Where to use For sanitization of previously cleaned food processing equipment and food utensils, to sanitize dairy equipment such as tanks, lines, pails, and milk cans, to used on dishes, glassware, silverware and cooling utensils. Also can be used for drain cleaning.

Potable water rinse not required for sanitation of pre-cleaned food contact surfaces when used at 200 ppm active quaternary level.

How to use Varies with the usage on different surfaces. To sanitize food contact surfaces, for cleaning at 1,000 ppm, dilute 1:100, spray or immerse in solution for 15 minutes and thoroughly rinse with potable water. Allow food contact surfaces to drain thoroughly before operations are resumed.
Safety instructions
It should not be consumed or allowed to come in contact with eyes. Use goggles and hand gloves while handling the concentrate and during the dilution process. Use local exhaust ventilation as needed if spill occur.
